Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Principal (Engineering) at CT Group of Institutions in Jalandhar. The Principal will be responsible for overseeing the engineering department, managing academic programs, curriculum development, faculty supervision, student guidance, and promoting a culture of academic excellence. Additionally, the Principal will collaborate with other departments and stakeholders to enhance the quality of education and research.
Qualifications
- Experience in academic leadership and management
- Strong background in Engineering or related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to lead and mentor faculty and students
- Knowledge of curriculum development and assessment
- Experience in program accreditation and quality assurance
- Ph.D. in Engineering or related discipline
- Previous teaching experience in higher education
