Develop and implement the school's educational vision, goals, and strategies to ensure academic excellence and student success.- Oversee the daily operations of the school, including managing staff, budgeting, and resource allocation.
Lead and support teachers in delivering high-quality instruction and fostering an engaging and effective learning environment.
- Establish and maintain a positive school culture that promotes respect, collaboration, and a commitment to continuous improvement.

Strong knowledge of educational theories, practices, and administrative procedures.
