As Compliance Security Domain Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring all technical delivery and service functions are operating in compliance while leveraging opportunities for adopting industry innovations and good practice. You will also identify and manage risk, monitor key controls, and act on continuous improvements for the successful delivery of Tech services.

- Work with and influence Business and Tech stakeholders to lower their overall risk
- Propose and champion innovative solutions and technology in alignment with published Business objectives
- Drive meaningful and impactful change within the organization to ensure that Tech Risks are proactively identified and controlled
- Provide aligned business unit with deep expertise and guidance on the applications and operation of elementary physical, procedural and technical controls, and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
- Act as point of contact for a scope of activities such as monitoring, risk management, and compliance
- Contribute to the tactical decision making for ongoing Tech support to Tech Delivery and Services
- Create and innovate within business unit
- Recognize trends within the processes or shared services areas and recommend appropriate course of action that benefits Tech and its customers
- Cooperate with Stakeholders, Auditors and Third-Party Suppliers, and other Quality Compliance authorities
- Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and make improvements to the process, processes structure, content and supporting documentation of knowledge resources

Basic Qualifications:
We are looking for professionals with these required skills to achieve our goals:
- Bachelors degree or equivalent work experience (consult manager on equivalent work experience)
Preferred Qualifications:
If you have the following characteristics, it would be a plus:
- Certification in Audit, Risk, IT, Project Management, or Business Analysis
- Experience in influencing a variety of stakeholders on balancing risk
- Expertise of Risk Management processes and standards
- Expertise of Quality Management Systems and how a business unit deploys this methodology
- Knowledge of Tech MS
- Ability to problem solve and provide a risk-based approach to implementing policies, procedures, and processes
- Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
