- Direct Customer facing Role.
- Role involves Travelling at Customer locations.
- Experience on various interfaces of DIAMETER protocol.
- Good Knowledge on Diameter base protocol and End to End 4G/VoLTE call flows.
- Understanding and Work experience on PCRF, DRA, SBC products.
- Expertise in Configuration of New Nodes Installation of Linux based OS
- Experience in deployment of DRA and PCRF and integration of peering nodes with same.
- Configuration and Integration of DRA, PCRF and SBC
- Create High level design and LLD low level Design Documents
- Create, Prepare and Implement Acceptance Test Plans
- Good Experience on Policy and Routing design and solutioning
- Experience on SIP/VOIP
- Good Knowledge on SIP Protocol (RFC 3261) and End to End call Flow (Registration, Call Hold, Call Forward, Call Conference, Call Forking, Call Transfer etc.).
- Understanding on IMS Platform. P-CSCF/ I-CSCF/ S-CSCF, TAS, MGCF
- Protocol interworking (H323 & SIP) , Media interworking - DTMF relays & codecs )
- Good Understanding on Codec transcoding

- Responsible to deliver the design documents such HLD, LLD, NAPD, SAED
- Responsible for E2E Project delivery and project tracking.
- Responsible to interact to team and deliver required solution to customer.
- Responsible to understand customer pain area and provide solution to them
- Flexible to work in 24x7 on need basis.
- Flexible to work in night shifts on need basis.
