Provide leadership and direction to multiple teams and departments within the firm.

Strategically plan and manage budgets, financials, and resources.

Engage with key clients at a senior level and maintain strong relationships.

Spearhead business development initiatives to expand the firm's client base.

Ensure compliance with corporate laws and regulations for clients and the firm itself.

Oversee critical transactional activities, mergers, and other complex assignments.

Represent the firm in industry events and forums to enhance its reputation and brand.
