Responsible for control over operations and maintenance of Clients Cement plant; Prepare strategy and implement solutions for turnaround of Clients Business.

- Partnering with Clients team for achieving desired plant productivity at optimized manufacturing cost, all while maintaining agreed product quality parameters.
- Deep-dive study of existing operating parameters of the plant and suggest innovative ideas for business turnaround, with the help of scientific tools and prior experience.
- Develop short-term and long-term roadmap for Operational Excellence (including Capex and Opex requirement).
- Implement solutions/ small Capex projects to improve plant performance.
- Develop people and process capabilities for sustenance of plant performance.
Education -
B.E/B. Tech (essential), M.E/M. Tech (preferred) Experience -
10 to 18 years relevant industry experience
