Analyze, design develop, troubleshoot and debug software programs for commercial or end user applications. Writes code, completes programming and performs testing and debugging of applications.

As a member of the software engineering division, you will analyze and integrate external customer specifications. Specify, design and implement modest changes to existing software architecture. Build new products and development tools. Build and execute unit tests and unit test plans. Review integration and regression test plans created by QA. Communicate with QA and porting engineering to discuss major changes to functionality.
Some Of a Client Services Specialist's Responsibilities Include
ensuring the successful implementation of our products for our clients
Collaborate with clients to understand their specific needs and goals for implementing our products
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our products and their capabilities to effectively guide clients through the implementation process
Create detailed implementation plans and timelines to ensure a smooth and successful onboarding process for clients
Serve as the main point of contact for clients throughout the implementation process, providing timely updates and addressing any questions or concerns
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and support, to ensure a seamless transition from sales to implementation
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to ensure successful product implementation
Train clients on how to use our products and provide ongoing support and assistance as needed
Document and maintain accurate records of client interactions and implementation processes
Continuously seek ways to improve and streamline the implementation process to enhance the client experience
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to provide valuable insights and recommendations to clients
Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving overall client services
Represent the company in a professional and positive manner at all times
