This position will serve as the primary Subject Matter Experts for the mission Critical Oracle eBusiness Supply Chain application in the areas of Order Management, Warehouse Management and Asset Management.
Roles And Responsibilities
- The candidates should be able to bring multiple skills to the team - Solution Management, Solution Architecture and Value Stream engineer and should help synchronize solutions delivery across multiple Supply Chain releases and multiple lines of business (Network, Mobility and Entertainment).
- As AT&T continues to transform from a Telecommunications company to being a global leader in Technology, Media and Telecommunications, these candidates will help drive standardization and adaption of Supply Chain best practices within and across Entertainment, Mobility (Consumer) and Business Solutions Supply Chain processes.
- Candidate must be able to handle complex, unique and a wide array of problems. By collaborating closely with his/her peers, the candidate should be able to develop on minimally available information and develop autonomous solutions that are flexible, scalable and extensible.
- Internally, the candidate will work closely on a day to day basis with the Supply Chain FBT resource both in India as well as in the US. The type of interactions with his/her US-based peers and leadership will be primarily through meetings and conference calls supplemented by site visits as necessary. The type of interaction with the India based teams (consisting of several PROA3, PROA4 and PROA5) will be person-to-person including hands-on working sessions as necessary or appropriate.
- The successful candidate should have deep expertise in the application of Oracle eBusiness application solutions to address Supply Chain business processes.
Additional Responsibilities Include
- Work as a liaison to clients and other IT organizations as a subject matter expert on the various Supply Chain business processes (such Order to Cash, Procure to Pay and Asset Management)
- Coordinate, evaluate and partner with technology vendors and outside consultants as needed
- The successful candidate should also excel in the end to end solution delivery ownership -- from solution conceptualization and delivery to Issue resolution.
- In addition to architectural contributions, these positions will help develop and mentor PROA3, PROA4 and PROA5 resources in solution delivery and help on-board and build a world class Supply Chain delivery team.
- The candidate should also be able to implement and interpret delivery practices for the Supply Chain FBT.
- The candidate should be able to consult, counsel peer groups and leadership about supply chain strategies, principles and roadmap.
- The candidates should possess a minimum of 10+ years of experience with Oracle eBusiness R12 Supply Chain Management applications (especially Order Management, Asset Management and Warehouse Management).
