Leadership and Administration:
- Assist the Principal in developing and implementing school policies, procedures, and strategic plans.
Collaborate with the Principal in making decisions related to curriculum, staffing, scheduling, and budgeting.
Oversee daily school operations and address issues that arise, ensuring smooth functioning.
Academic Oversight:
- Work with teachers and academic departments to ensure curriculum alignment, instructional quality, and student performance.
Monitor and analyze academic data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies for academic excellence.
Student Affairs and Discipline:
- Promote a positive and safe school environment conducive to students well-being and learning.
Handle student discipline matters, behavior management, and conflict resolution as needed.
Professional Development:
- Provide support and guidance to teachers for professional growth, instructional improvement, and pedagogical development.
Coordinate professional development workshops and training programs for staff.
Parent and Community Engagement:
- Foster positive relationships with parents, guardians, and the local community.
Communicate school policies, events, and student progress to parents.
Staff Supervision and Evaluation:
- Assist the Principal in recruiting, hiring, and evaluating teaching and non-teaching staff.
Provide mentoring and support to teachers and staff members.
