Job Description

As Principal - Account Management you will build and manage long-term relationships with strategic customers by comprehending their requirements and offering sales solutions. Develops and executes sales strategies and plans based on a deep understanding of the account. You will be in charge for expanding our sales accounts; driving sales; generating new business sales within your nominated account or set of accounts. You are ultimately accountable for all activities within the account you are responsible for.

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop plans and strategies for developing business and achieving the company s sales goals.

  • Engage with the customer at all levels to build strategic relationships and define and maintain a stakeholder mapping.

  • Provide detailed and accurate sales forecasting.

  • Monitor customer, market and competitor activity and provide feedback to company leadership team and other company functions.

  • Work closely with the marketing function to establish successful support, channel, and partner programs.

  • Locates opportunities to expand client base.

  • Manage key customer relationships and participate in closing strategic opportunities.

  • Lead and motivate of a matrixed cross functional account team including Customer Success, Delivery and Technical

Knowledge, Experience & Skills

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to make compelling presentations to an audience of diverse and senior business stakeholders.

  • Establish effective collaborative relations with other departments within the business unit or external organizations.

  • Proven experience in a similar role within a SaaS organization or tech travel industry.

  • Proven experience coordinating large global teams in a multinational environment.

  • An entrepreneurial mindset.

  • Experience managing P&L, Sales Cycles, budgeting and Operations.

  • Experience of Miller Heiman Strategic Selling , LAMP or equivalent structured selling methodology.

  • Management Graduate or equivalent
