Roles and Responsibilities:

• Orienting customers/schools on EI offerings.
• Ensuring the effective usage of EI programmes in schools.
• Feedback analysis and improvement
• Conducting reviews and sessions in the assigned schools.
• Coordinating between different departments and customers.
• Resolving customer issues through interventions.
• Retention of assigned schools.

Education

• Strong educational background of teaching (Teachers training/B.Ed, etc)

Experience

• Should have Training (teachers) experience with a proven record.
