Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Primary Montessori Directress at Discovery Montessori. The role involves facilitating and guiding young learners in the primary environment, creating engaging lesson plans, and implementing the Montessori curriculum to support student development and growth.
Qualifications
- Curriculum Development and Education skills
- Educational Leadership and Training
- Coaching abilities
- AMI Montessori certification is preferred
- Experience working with primary-aged children
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work in a collaborative team environment
