- Responsible for Ocean Import Pricing, with strong communication skills and proactive handling of sales inquiries.
- Deep knowledge of global freight rates and industry trends.
- Maintains excellent relationships with WCA and network agents worldwide.
- Expertise in Ocean Import Pricing for various container types and thorough understanding of operations and documentation.
- Flexible to work across time zones as needed.
- Develops agent networks and fosters relationships with Shipping lines, NVOCCs, and Consolidators.
- Implements health, safety, and environmental management programs, investigates accidents, and ensures compliance with EHS standards while enhancing operational efficiency and employee performance.
