Pricing Head - Life Actuarial

About the Company:

Hiring Head pricing actuary with one of the core Indian Life Insurance firm in Mumbai Location.

A pricing Head is responsible to inform their businesses with analytics around the profitability of their products and services, in addition to building strategies on how to correctly price them.

Responsibilities:

• Product Pricing- To develop/modify products based on new product ideas or requests from the products team. Propose new products/riders/product modifications.
• Product Filing with IRDAI and Regional Office. Handling queries received from IRDAI and the Regional office.
• Building and Mentoring the Team
• Coordinating with internal and external stakeholders for any queries and smooth business operations.

Qualifications:

Experience Required: Minimum 10 years of life insurance experience with at least 5 years of pricing experience.

Required Skills:

• MS Excel Proficiency and knowledge of VBA will be an advantage.
• Good understanding of product regulations.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
