Position: Pricing Executive (Projects)
Job Overview
The primary purpose of this position is to be aggressive at pricing for the scope of work involved in international transactions by coordinating with customs clearance, transportation, warehousing, various shipping lines or any other vendors involved. Pre & post shipment activities and other required services.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Will be responsible for managing, supporting, handling, and controlling freight forwarding requirements for clients.
- Coordinate bookings; rate requests; rate filings; handle customer issues and provide solutions; tracking/tracing and auditing of all import - export shipments.
- Procure & negotiate rates from shipping lines/consolidators for all export and import shipments and quote to client for their freight requirements.
- Handling ofExport/ Import Shipments such as C&F, CIF,DDU, DDP, EXW, FOB etc.
- Prepare and Update DSR & send to customers
- Co-ordinate with International Overseas Department for Cross trade inquiries / Shipments.
- Keep tracking on shipment loading, transshipment tracking, till the shipment reaches at final destination & update to customer on daily basis.
