Pricing Analyst / Data Analyst

Role: Executive Pricing

Job Timing: US Shift (6:00 PM to 3:00 AM)

Job Location: Hybrid (Bangalore/Hyderabad/ Vadodara/Chennai)

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Work closely with the Delivery Team and identify new demands. Also, work on all project execution-related operational matters, including but not limited to invoicing, contract renewals, SOW & pricing exercises for new deals/amendments, timesheet management, HWF/TWF/WF Management, etc.
• Execute processes to ensure SOWs, amendments, etc. are thorough and error-free.
• Review incoming contract /SOW review requests for completeness and accuracy.
• Work with other stakeholders including risk management, legal, Strategic sourcing, and various internal teams to ensure exceptions to the standard terms are thoroughly reviewed and approved before contract approval.
• Work with the sales team to document requirements for creating statements of works and PowerPoint presentations that meet our branding style, format, and color scheme.
• Knowledge of modern tools for creating good visual representation in PowerPoint decks for effectively communicating information to multiple audiences

Must haves:

• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office (especially Advanced Excel)
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (especially Excel, Word and PowerPoint)
• Excellent communication and time management skills.
