Job Title-Tool Design Engineer ( Press tool-Sheet Metal)

Experience: 3 to 7 Years

Location: Chennai / Faridabad

Industry: Automobile( Tool Manufacturing)

Job Description-

1.Sheet Metal (Press tool) Die designer for 3D & 2D die designs for Automotive BIW & Structural parts.

2.Experience in 3D die design using UG NX and other 3D software.

3.Should be proficient with UG NX Solid & surface modeling. (Catia will be OK for exceptional candidates) & should be able to make detail & assembly.

4.Drawings as per customer standards. Should understand

part drawings, GD&T, operation

5.Sequences & methods plans. Should be familiar with dies for Tandem, transfer & dies with casting and fabrication structure

6.NTTF, CITD, IGTR diploma candidates are preferred.
