Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching young children and will be responsible for creating a safe and engaging learning environment for our students. The Preschool Teacher will be responsible for planning and implementing age-appropriate activities, monitoring student progress, and communicating with parents and caregivers.
Responsibilities
- Plan and implement developmentally appropriate curriculum and activities for preschool students
- Create a safe and engaging learning environment for students
- Monitor and assess student progress and adjust teaching strategies as needed
- Communicate regularly with parents and caregivers to provide updates on student progress and address any concerns
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and effective learning environment
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of student progress and attendance
- Attend meetings and professional development opportunities as required
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree
- 1-11 years of experience teaching preschool-aged children
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching strategies
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and staff
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with technology and ability to integrate it into the classroom
- Ability to create a positive and supportive classroom environment
- Fluency in English and knowledge of local language
