Description
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Preschool Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have at least 2-12 years of experience in teaching preschoolers, possess excellent communication and organizational skills, and have a passion for early childhood education.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive preschool curriculum that promotes the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of young children
- Create and maintain a safe, clean, and stimulating learning environment that fosters curiosity and creativity
- Provide individualized attention and support to each child to ensure their academic and personal growth
- Collaborate with other teachers, parents, and administrators to establish effective communication and partnerships
- Assess and evaluate the progress of each child and provide feedback to parents and other stakeholders
- Participate in professional development activities to enhance teaching skills and knowledge
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's or Master's degree
- Proven experience as a Preschool Teacher with 2-12 years of experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to create engaging and developmentally-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Knowledge of child development and age-appropriate teaching methods
- Familiarity with technology and its use in the classroom
- Patience, creativity, and a genuine love for working with young children
- Ability to speak and write fluently in English
