Job Responsibilities for a Lead Pre-School Teacher- Provide a Safe Learning Environment: Ensure a secure and nurturing space for children's well-being and development.
Build Relationships with Children and Parents:
Develop strong, positive rapport with students and maintain open communication with parents.Implement and Deliver Curriculum:
Execute lesson plans with guided activities, including creative and imaginative play, aligned with the curriculum.Support Child Development: Monitor and support each child's growth across cognitive, emotional, and physical domains.

Enforce School Policies:
Uphold administrative rules and maintain classroom discipline.Collaborate with Colleagues:
Work with teachers and administrators to refine programs and ensure seamless classroom management.Parent Communication: Keep parents informed of their child's progress and address concerns promptly.
