Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a developmentally appropriate curriculum that promotes the physical, cognitive, emotional, and social development of each child.
Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment where children can learn and grow.- Plan and conduct age-appropriate activities that encourage curiosity, exploration, and creativity.
Provide individualized attention and support to meet the needs of each child.
- Communicate regularly with parents to provide updates on their child's progress and address any concerns.
Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a cohesive and positive learning environment.- Maintain accurate records of each child's progress and development.

Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (preferred).- Previous experience working with young children in a childcare or educational setting.
Knowledge of child development and early childhood education principles.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
