Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Preschool Teacher at Bizzy Bees International Preschool in Vadodara. As a Preschool Teacher, you will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans, developing the curriculum, and supporting the growth and development of young children. You will also be responsible for effective communication with parents, creating a nurturing and inclusive classroom environment, and fostering the overall well-being of each child.
Qualifications
- Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Knowledge and understanding of early childhood education principles and best practices
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience working with kindergarten-age children
Relevant skills and qualifications:
- Passion for working with young children
- Certification or degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- Patience and ability to provide personalized attention and support
- Creativity and ability to encourage and facilitate play-based learning
