Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role as a Center Head at The Freethinking School in Koramangala, Bengaluru. The Center Head will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the school, including managing staff, ensuring a safe and nurturing environment, and building strong relationships with parents and the community. The Center Head will also be responsible for promoting the school and engaging with prospective parents.

Qualifications

• Strong leadership and management skills
• Experience in early childhood education or a related field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with staff, parents, and the community
• Knowledge of Montessori principles and experiential learning is a plus
• Passion for creating a nurturing and engaging learning environment
• Organizational and problem-solving skills
• Bachelor's degree in Education or a related field preferred
