We at Subex Ltd continue to hire and expand our BSS Presales Team (Telecom Domain - Fraud Management System) at our Bangalore office.

We are looking for passionate FMS Telecom Presales folks would like to grow and win with us.

Position: Principal Consultant - Telecom FMS (Fraud Management System)

Location: Bangalore (Hybrid)

Candidates must have demonstrated experience and competency in the following areas:

Key Responsibilities:

Candidates must have demonstrated experience and competency in the following areas:

5-8 years working for telecom service providers (fixed, mobile or cable), telecom solutions vendor, or in an operational capacity with a leading Consultancy or Systems Integrator in a presales or consulting capacity.

Prior business and management presales is a plus.

3-4 years tangible Fraud Management presales and/or consulting experience.

Implementation and integration of Fraud Management solutions (process & tools)

Experienced leading large teams through process flows analysis, root cause analysis, redesign, implementation, and identifying & correcting key control issues.

Experience with market-leading Fraud Management tools.

Ability to work with both Fraud Management technical and business experts.

Experience in working with clients to identifying and define Fraud Management business, technical, and functional requirements.

Fraud Management knowledge. Candidate should have Fraud& Security management process, IT, and network knowledge in many of the following areas including:

o Telephony fraud (fixed, mobile, IP etc)

o Fraud analysis & investigations

o Fraud prevention & controls

o Advanced Detection techniques (AI/ML/Analytics) added advantage

Candidates must have strong writing skills and experience presenting findings and deliverables to senior management.
