JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Customer Requirement Mapping: Validate and map customer technical requirements to Keka's
product capabilities, considering available data, IT infrastructure, and security needs.
2. Sales Support: Provide technical product expertise and consulting to the Sales team, enhancing
their understanding of Keka's offerings.
3. User Experience Demonstration: Showcase the software's user experience and workflows to
potential customers.
4. API Expertise: Leverage API knowledge to provide integration support on Keka's solutions with
customer systems and address technical inquiries effectively.
5. Documentation and Feedback: Maintain thorough documentation of customer interactions and
consolidate feedback for continuous improvement.
6. Customer Engagement: Engage with customers through probing questions to clarify expectations
and define the scope of implementation.
7. Value Communication: Effectively communicate the technical value of Keka's products during
presentations and discussions.
