Job Description

Position: Presales Specialist

Experience: 1-3 Years

Location: Gurugram

Mode: Work From Office

Desired Profile:

  • Proven experience in presales roles, with a focus on supporting product and sales teams.
  • Strong understanding of international and domestic lead generation for B2B SaaS products.
  • Experience advising product and sales teams on desirable product features, go-to-market strategies, and best practices.
  • Ability to measure the success of outreach initiatives and product sales.
  • Excellent communication skills for preparing and delivering presentations to clients and internal teams.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with potential clients and stakeholders.
  • Languages known: English, Hindi, and local languages.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Develop technical presentations and demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products and solutions.
  • Assist in responding to RFPs and preparing detailed proposals.
  • Generate leads and identify new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and competitors to effectively position products.
