Understanding of Customer Needs: Collaborate with customers to understand their business objectives, challenges, and requirements for software solutions.
Solution Design: Utilize your expertise in wireframing tools (e.g., Sketch, Adobe XD, Figma, Balsamiq) to create visual representations of software solutions that address customer needs and align with the capabilities of our product.
Demonstrations and Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and presentations for customers, showcasing the features and benefits of the solution, with a focus on the wireframe designs.
Requirements Gathering: Gather and analyze customer requirements, translating them into actionable Solutioning artifacts (e.g. Concept Note/Solution Note/Proposals etc.)
Presales Consultant will work with other members of the Sales, Inside Sales, Solution Engineers (Post Sales) and Channel teams on need basis.
Primary responsibilities will be to help the sales team with their customer acquisition and revenue growth objectives.
Develop and conduct pitch and top-notch product presentations independently.
Prepare and present product demonstrations using sandbox and live environments on demand.
Interact and work closely with sales, product teams, solution architects, and creative teams to develop proposals/presentations/demonstrations.
Provide sales support aligning to business strategy and product development.
Evaluate leads/prospects at every stage of the sales process and move them through the funnel.
Interact and nurture prospect user groups and marketing users during the sales cycle toward deal closures.
Own the technology engagement with Enterprises on sales cycles.
Develop and maintain pre-sales and product collaterals/presentations in various formats.
Educate Channel Partner teams on key business and knowledge requirements Resulticks and the sales process.
Communicate with product development on issues identified from field observations and customer feedback.
Requirements & Skills:
Bachelors degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
5-7 years of proven experience as a Presales Consultant or similar role, in a SaaS-based product company (preferably CDP, Marketing Automation, Digital Experience or Data Management Platforms) or from agencies with Solutioning mindset.
Prior responsibility for all digital / marketing strategies and technical aspects of the sales cycle (including Value Selling)
Possess a good understanding of platforms/architecture, and the solution implementation lifecycle
Must be in client facing tole and able to present himself/herself in a professional manner and possess excellent presentation and communication skills (both verbal and written)
Possess a proven track record of demonstrating software tool solutions and executing successful proof of concept plans to enterprise prospects
Working with channel and partner networks and understanding of the process will be an added benefit.
Able to multi-task, organize, prioritize and be result oriented.
