Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Presales Manager to join our team at Twixor. As a Presales Manager, you will be responsible for leading the presales activities and driving business growth by providing technical and solution expertise. This position is based in Bangalore, Karnataka, India and requires a full-time commitment. The ideal candidate should have 4 to 6 years of experience in presales, preferably in the IT services and IT consulting industry.

Qualifications And Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 4 to 6 years of experience in presales, preferably in the IT services and IT consulting industry
  • Strong technical and solution design skills
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective solutions
  • Knowledge of messaging channels and digital customer engagement platforms
  • Experience in responding to RFPs/RFIs
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
  • Team player with strong leadership and interpersonal skills

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the presales activities, including solution design, product demonstrations, and presentations
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify customer requirements and tailor solutions to meet their needs
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of projects
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions to customers
  • Prepare and deliver technical proposals and RFP/RFI responses
  • Support the sales team in creating accurate and compelling sales materials
  • Provide technical guidance and support to the sales team during the sales cycle
  • Conduct product training sessions for internal teams and customers as needed
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of presales processes and methodologies
