Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Presales Manager to join our Noida office on a full-time basis. The ideal candidate will play a key role in handling client interactions, managing request for proposals (RFPs) and request for information (RFI), and ensuring all documentation is completed efficiently. Qualifications And Skills
- Proven experience in client handling, particularly in the IT consulting or staffing industry.
- Expertise in managing RFPs (Request for Proposals) and RFIs (Request for Information) including document preparation and submission.
- Familiarity with form filling and e-verify processes.
- Strong documentation skills with attention to detail ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and priorities with ease.
- Proficiency in relevant software tools and technologies employed in presales and proposal management.
Roles And Responsibilities
- Engage with clients to understand their specific needs and provide appropriate solutions through effective communication.
- Manage the complete RFP/RFI process including preparation, submission, and follow-up activities.
- Ensure all proposals are aligned with the client's requirements and company policies.
- Prepare and manage documentation related to presales activities including form filling and e-verify.
- Collaborate with internal teams to gather necessary information and insights for proposal development.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends and company services to provide clients with accurate and current information.
- Provide regular updates and reports on presales activities to senior management.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of presales processes and methodologies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
