JOB DESCRIPTION Position: Presales Manager This profile is responsible for developing and maintaining a deep understanding of Axestrack products and services, understanding client requirements and generating presentations, proposals , offers and other pre-sales and supporting documents required. Type: Pre Sales role Salary: As per Industry Location: Mumbai Shift: Normal What You Will Do Engage with the clients with a focus on understanding requirements, and create custom solutions/proposals based on the needs. Deliver product demonstrations to apprise the customer of the detailed product features and modules. Design and conduct successful POCs. Answering customer RFP's and RFI's for our local and global sales teams. Be the Product expert for internal and external audiences. Work closely with the product, software and sales teams in achieving desired objectives in a timely manner. Work with the software development and product teams using client feedback and help in implementation and customization, as per requirement. Stay up to date on industry trends and competitor activity to identify new opportunities for product improvement and solution sales. This is a customer facing role which requires the candidate to travel frequently to client locations for extended periods of time. Experience/Education 3 to 8 years of overall experience with minimum 3+ years in software solution sales, making proposals, RFPs, ROI sheets and product/sales documents.. Proven experience of making and delivering solutions/presentations to B2B clientele. B.Tech from a tier 1 engineering institution preferred, engineering graduates from top Private colleges with good experience and communication skills can apply. MBA from top management schools is good to have. Software product management experience is good to have. Personality Traits/Skills Proficiency in MS Office/Document creation and management. Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills. Confident to deal with CXOs - is able to properly articulate the value proposition, understanding problems and suggesting solutions.
