Job Summary:
As a Pre-Sales Lead, you will manage the technical side of the presales process by identifying customer needs, crafting tailored security solutions, and delivering compelling presentations. You will work closely with customers and the presales team, report on activities and market trends to senior management, and evaluate presales success to improve strategies.
Key Responsibilities:
Leadership & Strategy:
Lead presales team and manage customer relationships.
Drive technical sales strategies for growth.
Serve as the technical liaison between customers and internal teams.
Support sales with RFPs, RFIs, Tenders, and assessments.
Solution Design & Technical Consultation:
Identify and address customer challenges with comprehensive security solutions.
Develop detailed technical proposals, presentations, and demos.
Ensure solutions are technically sound and meet customer requirements.
Technical Expertise:
Keep abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive products.
Continuously deepen knowledge of the company's security solutions and technologies.
Train and mentor junior presales team members to enhance their technical skills.
Reporting & Analysis:
Provide regular updates to senior management on presales activities, customer feedback, and market trends.
Evaluate and report on presales efforts, adjusting strategies to improve outcomes.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Electronics and communication, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation abilities
High level of technical proficiency with an ability to convey complex technical information
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
