Role-Presales Executive

Key Responsibilities:
- Product Demonstrations: Conduct engaging and informative product demonstrations to potential clients, showcasing the features and benefits of Striques solutions.
- Sales Support: Assist the sales team in qualifying leads, understanding client requirements, and tailoring solutions to meet their needs.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business challenges and positioning Striques solutions effectively.
- Proposal Development: Prepare and present detailed proposals and presentations to potential clients, addressing their specific needs and demonstrating how Striques solutions can add value to their business.
- Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and market conditions to identify new business opportunities and inform sales strategies.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing and product development teams to provide feedback on client needs and improve product offerings.
- Reporting: Maintain accurate records of pre-sales activities, client interactions, and sales pipeline in the CRM system.
Qualifications:
- Experience: Entry-level candidates are encouraged to apply. Strong communication skills are essential, and prior knowledge of paid marketing is a desirable asset. We welcome fresh perspectives and are willing to train the right candidates.
- Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to convey technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Product Knowledge: Strong understanding of SaaS solutions and experience in delivering product demos.
- Analytical Skills: Ability to understand client requirements, analyze data, and provide insights that align with their business goals.
- Tech Savvy: Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools. Familiarity with platforms such as Shopify, Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and Amazon Ads is a plus.
- Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-centric approach and the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
