We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Presales Executive to join our team in Noida, specializing in the US Healthcare sector. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of healthcare industry solutions, exceptional client-handling skills, and the ability to create compelling proposals to secure new business. This role requires collaboration with sales, technical, and operational teams to deliver tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities
- Client Engagement:
- Identify and understand client requirements in the US healthcare sector.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and decision-makers.
- Solution Design:
- Work closely with clients to gather and analyze their business needs.
- Design and propose customized solutions that address client challenges and objectives.
- Proposal Management:
- Lead the creation of Request for Proposals (RFPs), Request for Information (RFIs), and other documentation.
- Develop detailed proposals, presentations, and other sales materials.
- Ensure all materials are tailored to the specific needs of the client and demonstrate a clear understanding of their requirements.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with internal teams including inside sales, technical, and delivery teams to align solutions with client expectations.
- Coordinate with subject matter experts to ensure proposals are accurate and feasible.
- Market Analysis:
- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and regulatory changes in the US healthcare sector.
- Provide insights and feedback to improve product offerings and positioning.
- Client Onboarding:
- Support the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation.
- Act as a point of contact during the initial phases of the project to ensure client satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Education:
- Bachelors degree in Business, Healthcare Management, Information Technology, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a presales role, preferably within the US healthcare sector.
- Proven track record in managing RFPs, RFIs, and client presentations.
- Skills:
- Strong understanding of US healthcare industry standards, regulations, and technologies.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to analyze complex client requirements and design effective solutions.
- Proficiency in creating detailed proposals and sales documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Technical Skills:
- Familiarity with US healthcare .
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
