Job Description:
Pre Sales - Executive- Studying the details of each offering and remaining abreast of updates to these offerings.
- Communicating respectfully and politely with potential customers all time and budding clients to encourage purchasing.
- Obtaining and updating lists of individual's contact details and relevant data.
- Acquiring and retaining contact information databases.
- Interacting via various channels, such as live chat, E mails, social media and direct calls and conducting each of your functions with the utmost respect, regardless of others dispositions.
- Setting appointment with prospective customers based on our associate's schedules.
- Ensuring a smooth procedure for the consumer by transferring windows of opportunity to the appropriate department for further action.
- Maintaining the record of all sales call, sales deals and customer database and noting important details of each conversation.
- Attending regular team meetings to clarify progress and performance-related expectations.
- Generating promising leads for the sales team to pursue.
- Accurately recording customer interactions an transactions and may be responsible for updating customer accounts or profiles with relevant information.
- Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor's degree
- Experience: Real estate /Construction Sales-1year of experience minimum.
Skills:
Strong understanding of role- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to analyze and interpret client needs and requirements.
