Key Responsibilities:
Cold Calling: Engage potential clients through targeted cold calls to generate leads and set up initial meetings.
Site Visit Coordination: Schedule and coordinate site visits for prospective clients.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify new sales opportunities to build a strong sales pipeline.
Task Completion: Ensure timely and efficient completion of assigned tasks and follow-ups.
Task Management: Manage and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines and achieve targets.Qualifications:
Experience in pre-sales or a similar role (real estate experience preferred)Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organisational and task management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Salary:
25,000 - 35,000 per month
Work Schedule:
6 days working with one rotational day offWeekdays:
Monday to Thursday, 10:30 AM - 7:00 PMWeekend:
Friday to Sunday, 9:30 AM - 7:30 PM
