Job Description:We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic individual as a Pre-Sales Executive. This role involves generating interest and qualifying potential customers for real estate projects. The ideal candidate possesses excellent communication skills, a pleasing personality, and a strong desire to succeed in sales.
Generate leads through various channels (online platforms, referrals, etc.)
- Qualify potential customers based on their requirements and budget.
Schedule appointments for sales representatives with interested clients.- Provide accurate and informative property details to potential customers.
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs as assigned.
Excellent verbal communication skills.
- Pleasing personality and professional appearance.
Ability to clearly articulate information.- Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.
Freshers with a strong desire to learn and grow in sales.
- Willingness to work 6 days a week, including weekends.
