Key Responsibilities:
Product Demonstration
- Conduct detailed and engaging product demonstrations for prospective clients.
- Highlight key features and benefits that align with client requirements.
- Assist in the preparation of demonstration materials and presentations.
Understanding Client Needs
- Engage with clients to thoroughly understand their business challenges and needs.
- Collaborate with sales and technical teams to tailor solutions accordingly.
- Provide expert advice on product capabilities and applications.
Defining Scope of Work
- Work closely with clients to define clear and achievable scopes of work.
- Prepare detailed proposals, including timelines and deliverables.
- Ensure alignment between client expectations and company capabilities.
Creating Case Studies and Success Stories
- Develop insightful case studies showcasing successful implementations.
- Gather and analyze data to highlight the value delivered to clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to publish and promote success stories.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience:
- 1-3 years of experience in the manufacturing industry or a related field.
- Prior experience in a presales or technical sales role is preferred.
- Communication Skills:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner.
- Proficient in creating professional presentations and documentation.
