PRE SALES [CCTV] - POWAI(Mumbai) Work closely with the team to arrive at detailed project plan, risk and dependency
Ensure the deliverable timeline are realistic and aggressive
Identify opportunities to reduce the product release cycle time and cost
Regular interaction & progress reporting and review with internal/external stakeholders
Work Authorization initiation and change order management
Project planning & controls, project resource management
Risk identification and mitigation for all projects of designated area
Achieve organization Metrics goals for Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, Productivity & Customer feedback which are in line with customer & employee satisfaction and Business growth
Drive Revenue forecast, Margin improvement facilitate, Project logistics & Travel
Follow Leadership Standard Work, review delivery process for the projects
Conduct feedback analysis and derive corrective actions from feedback
Participate in root cause analysis
- EDUCATION QUALIFICATION / REQUIREMENTS/ SKILLS
B.E / B. Tech. (Electronics/IT/CS) with a minimum of 0-2+ years of overall professional experience in product development organization.
End to End Project execution experience with minimum 2 product launches of Electronic or CCTV products.
Excellent communication Skills
Industrial digital transformation projects management experience will be added plus.
Hands On skills in CCTV based product development and knowledge
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint etc.)
Min 2 years in CCTV industry
