We are seeking a dynamic and technically skilled Presales Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will bridge the gap between technical solutions and customer needs, working closely with the sales team to demonstrate product capabilities, develop solutions, and ensure successful customer engagements.
Key Responsibilities:
Technical Support for Sales:
Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide technical expertise during the pre-sales process.
Present and demonstrate the company's products, services, and solutions to potential customers.
Address technical questions and concerns raised by customers and provide appropriate solutions.
Solution Development:
Analyze customer requirements and design tailored solutions to meet their business needs.
Prepare and deliver customized technical proposals, presentations, and documentation.
Product Knowledge and Demonstration:
Gain in-depth knowledge of the company's products and solutions to effectively showcase their value.
Conduct technical workshops, webinars, and proof-of-concept sessions.
Customer Engagement:
Act as a technical liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring clear communication of customer needs and challenges.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to gain trust and ensure satisfaction.
Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with product, engineering, and marketing teams to stay updated on the latest developments and ensure alignment with customer needs.
Provide feedback to the product team for continuous improvement based on customer interactions.
Documentation and Reporting:
Prepare and maintain detailed records of customer interactions, proposed solutions, and technical documentation.
Contribute to the creation of FAQs, white papers, and training materials for internal and customer use.
Qualifications:
Education: Any Bachelor's degree or PG
Experience: 1+ years of experience in a presales, technical support, or similar role.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to design effective customer solutions.
Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment.
