Job Overview:
63Moons is looking for an experienced Pre-Sales Engineer to support our Franchisee cybersecurity sales team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in cybersecurity solutions, focusing on corporate and SMB clients.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with sales teams to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
- Deliver demonstrations and presentations to customers to explain the value and technical aspects of our cybersecurity solutions.
- Develop and customize product demonstrations and presentations to showcase product capabilities in line with customer needs.
- Respond to customer or prospect queries, including RFI (Request for Information) and RFP (Request for Proposal) submissions.
- Provide technical and functional expertise to potential clients, acting as a trusted advisor.
- Engage in technical discussions with potential clients, assuring their confidence in our solutions.
- Collaborate with product management and engineering teams to relay customer requirements and develop effective solutions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the cybersecurity market and competitors.
Qualifications:
- At least 3 years of experience in cybersecurity solutions pre-sales.
- Strong technical background with a deep understanding of cybersecurity products and the industry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- Experience in dealing with corporate clients and SMBs in a technical advisory capacity.
- Proficiency in creating and delivering compelling presentations.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
