  • Role Overview: As a Pre-Sales Consultant, you will play a crucial role in promoting our services to potential clients, primarily HR departments, and helping them understand the value and benefits of our tailored financial literacy and planning training programs. You will work closely with the sales and marketing teams to identify and engage prospective clients, present our solutions, and ensure a smooth transition from prospecting to onboarding.
  • Key Responsibilities:
Client Engagement: Identify potential clients through outbound calling, networking, and other efforts. Initiate contact and build relationships with HR departments and key decision-makers.
Needs Assessment: Conduct thorough assessments of prospective clients needs, challenges, and goals to determine how our training programs can best meet their requirements.Product Demonstrations: Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations that highlight the benefits and features of our financial literacy and planning training programs.
  • Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and client feedback to continuously improve our services and approach.
  • Qualifications:
Experience: Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a pre-sales, sales, or business development role, preferably in the corporate training, financial services, or HR industry.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field.
Skills: Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities. Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools.
Attributes: Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently. Strong customer focus and ability to build and maintain relationships.
