nnAct as a technical expert: Develop a deep understanding of our products, their features, and their technical implementation. Stay up to date with industry trends and competitive landscape Collaborate with the sales team: Work closely with the sales representatives to understand customer requirements and craft tailored solutions that address their business challenges effectively
nnConduct product demonstrations: Showcase the capabilities and benefits of our products to potential customers, both remotely and inperson. Customize demonstrations to align with customer needs and provide technical guidance during the evaluation process
nnSolution design and technical consultation: Analyze customer requirements and propose technical solutions that align with their business goals. Collaborate with the product team to design customized solutions and identify any necessary product enhancements
nnPrepare and deliver presentations: Create compelling presentations and technical documentation to support the sales process. Clearly articulate the value proposition and differentiators of our solutions to both technical and nontechnical audiences
nnConduct proof-of-concept (POC) projects: Lead and manage POC projects to validate our products in the customer's environment. Gather feedback, address technical concerns, and work closely with the implementation team to ensure a successful outcome
nnRespond to technical queries: Assist prospects and customers with technical inquiries, providing accurate and timely information to address their concerns and build trust in our offerings Continuous learning and improvement: Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, best practices, and product enhancements. Share knowledge and insights with the broader team to drive continuous improvement
