Associate Program Manager Roles and responsibilities:
- Lead presales activities focusing on Customer Services solutions for Enterprise technology, hospitality industry, banking, etc. along with digital marketing, customer analytics, sales and pricing analytics, machine learning solutions, product analytics, etc.
- Create impactful solutions, GTM content and deliver workshops to showcase eClerx capabilities and drive growth
- Build new analytics solutions along with demos and prototypes as relevant for the target industries and buyers
- Develop comprehensive sales materials including collaterals, case studies, use cases, product demos and presentations for Customer Operations solutions
- Conduct workshops and training sessions for clients, focusing on liaising advanced analytics and Customer Operations
- Support the sales team in client interactions, offering technical expertise and product insights
- Collaborate with product teams to refine offerings based on market feedback
- Conduct pilots and seam-less handover to delivery teams once successful
- Analyze market trends and competitor landscapes to enhance eClerx's value proposition
- Assist in RFP/RFI responses and the creation of proof of concepts (PoCs) for potential clients
- Ensure alignment between sales, marketing, operations and delivery teams for developing compelling Customer Operations solutions
Technical and Functional Skills:
- Master's / Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Analytics, Operations Management, or a related field
- Candidate should have at least 10 years of advanced analytics consulting experience: ideation, solution design, developing and deploying models, RFP development, requirements gathering and team management
- Candidate should have at least 5 years of presales experience dealing with new clients, identifying opportunities and platforms to address client concerns, dealing with multiple projects simultaneously
- Should be very good with project management: business stakeholder communication for scoping and analytics translation, schedule management, quality and resource management
- Should be a subject matter expert in multiple domains: Enterprise technology, hospitality industry, banking, etc. along with digital marketing, customer analytics, sales and pricing analytics, machine learning solutions, product analytics, etc.
- Should be very good with communication written and verbal as the role entails participating in public forums on AI/ML, publishing whitepapers, mentoring teammates and other analytics outreach initiatives
- Working with CoE teams in the past is a major plus
