Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Pre-Sales Consultant / Sales Solutioning Lead to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and excellent communication skills to effectively engage with clients and drive sales success. The role involves understanding client needs, crafting tailored solutions, and collaborating with the sales team to deliver compelling proposals and demonstrations.
Responsibilities:
- Client Needs Analysis: Conduct thorough needs assessments to understand client requirements, challenges, and objectives.
- Solution Development: Develop customized solutions that address client needs and demonstrate the value proposition of our products or services.
- Technical Expertise: Provide technical expertise and guidance to clients, addressing questions, concerns, and technical requirements related to product implementation and integration.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our products or services, including features, functionalities, and benefits, and stay updated on industry trends and developments.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies for engaging with potential clients, accompany sales representatives to client meetings, and provide support in negotiations.
- Proposal Development: Create detailed proposals that outline the scope of work, timeline, pricing, and terms and conditions, tailored to meet the specific needs of each client.
- Demonstrations and POCs: Conduct product demonstrations and proof of concepts to showcase the capabilities of our offerings and address client requirements effectively.
- Relationship Building: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by providing expert advice, delivering on promises, and offering exceptional customer service.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to identify new opportunities and stay competitive in the market.
- Feedback Loop: Provide feedback to product development teams based on client interactions and market insights to drive continuous improvement and innovation.
Qualifications:
- Masters degree from Tier 1/2 business school
- Experience- at least 1 year
- Demonstrated clear professional and academic peaks throughout the career journey.
- Proven track record of delivering exceptional results in client-facing roles, preferably in consulting or startup environments.
- Experience working with large enterprise clients, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions to meet those needs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate teams to achieve ambitious goals.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Entrepreneurial mindset with a passion for driving growth and success in a startup environment with high accountability in an early stage startup environment.
