Responsibilities
- Bid Management / Pre Sales Lead / contribute to RFP/RFI in the domain of Internet of Things (IoT), Industry 4.0 and other IoT related emerging technology pursuits till closure. Identifying client pain points and creating win themes for proposals, managing the process of coordinating with multiple stakeholders for solution development, pricing/commercials and bid response and bid defense.
- Thought leadership Responsible for understanding client's challenges/industry challenges and strategic roadmap and developing proposals and business case. Ability to understand & articulate the overall proposition including solutioning and evangelize IoT WoRKS Services & Solutions. Responsible for authoring White Papers/Point of View on relevant to industry needs and relevancy.
- Client Meetings / Visits Responsible for handling client sessions both in-person and remotely (over phone/Vcon). Ability to strike a conversation with senior client executives (VP/C-Level). Ability to independently orchestrate and deliver demos to the client with a compelling storyline.
- Knowledge Management Contribute/Lead effectively to Knowledge Management portal. Maintain & create existing collaterals like brochures, use-cases & offering decks as per business requirements
- Industry & Technology Research - Apart from the above, he /she will need to contribute in the areas of Industry & Technology Research, Business Consulting (Defining Client requirements, Mapping Business Processes, Performing Gap Analysis) and developing High Level Solutions.
Qualification & Experience (if Required)
- MBA/ PGDM
- Relevant exposure/ experience in Manufacturing, Energy & Utilities, Life Sciences &Healthcare, Hi-tech & Telecom domains will be preferable.
Skill Sets Required
- SMT- 1-2 years. Senior members: 5 to 7 years of Experience in running large and complex Application / Platform deals in Digital / IoT / Analytics in IT /Technology firms will be preferred
- Excellent analytical skills and a strong sense for structure and logic
- Ability to Program Manage Large Sales cycles with a highly Collaborative mind-set
- Excellent Written and Verbal communication
- Good hold on Accounting and financials
- Creative, Outspoken and a Go-getter Attitude
- Previous experience in areas of Product Engineering, Manufacturing, Industry 4.0, Cloud Computing, Automation, Data Sciences and Machine Learning will be a plus
- Career bend towards Business Solutioning, Consulting and Sales
- Established academic and previous job record
