Work directly with printers to troubleshoot quality issues and resolve.
Trap and step files using specialized system software.
Ability to colour correct art files to achieve desired look on final printed product.
Analyse the customer sample received for the colour reference against EPSON proof and make correction as required.
Ensure usage of the right colour control strip as per machine requirement.
Before proceeding the job, check if Non-Varnish Area, Emboss, Foil or colour reference are as per old or new/sample.
When job is finally approved by marketing team will send us the approved pdf after that the executive will send the approved file to all the production related department (Production, Planning, Structural Design & Ink department)through Automation Engine.
