Full-Time: Lunch and Dinner Service
Operating Hours = Monday - Saturday 11:30am - 8:00pm, Sunday 8:00am - 4:30pm
Open availability, including a minimum of one weekend day shift.

As a Cook, you are responsible for the proper preparation of all food items based on standardized recipes. You will ensure excellence, quality, temperature, and presentation of food. You will safely and efficiently boil, braise, roast, fry, steam, grill, and bake food as needed.
Principle Duties
- Responsible for preparing and serving all food items based on standardized recipes to include, but not limited to: sauces, sauts, boils, braises and roasts items as well as fries, steams, grills, bakes, and short order cook.
- Prepares a variety of meats, seafood, poultry, fish, vegetables and other food items for cooking, assuming 100% responsibility for quality of products served.
- Assist in food prep assignments to include daily prep, special functions, banquets, catering, holiday and special events.
- Stocks and maintains sufficient levels of food products at line stations to assure a smooth service period.
- Plans food production to coordinate with meal serving hours and determines amount and type of food and supplies required for daily menus. Ensures that excellence, quality, temperature and appearance of food are preserved.
- Follows all safety procedures when handling kitchen equipment and complies with department sanitation standards and personal hygiene/uniform standards.
- Performs other duties as required and assigned by Chefs and/or supervisor.

What You Will Bring
Our ideal candidate will be reliable and follow safety procedures and duties assigned by a supervisor.
- Minimum 3 years experience as a cook in a hotel, restaurant, or club with fine dining.
- Preferred health care food & beverage experience.
- Ability to demonstrate safe and efficient knife skills.
- Ability to plan and organize work, interpret instructions, recipes, specifications, and standards.
- Ability to understand and follow instructions in English and communicate effectively.
- Legally Authorized to work in the United States
