Description
We are seeking a passionate and experienced Pre-School Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate should have 1-5 years of experience in teaching preschool-aged children and be able to create a safe and nurturing environment that promotes learning and development.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement lesson plans that align with the school's curriculum and educational standards
- Create a safe and nurturing learning environment that promotes social, emotional, physical and cognitive development
- Provide opportunities for children to explore and learn through play and hands-on activities
- Monitor and assess students progress and communicate with parents or guardians about their child's development
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a positive and productive learning environment
- Participate in staff meetings, professional development workshops, and other school-related activities as required
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field
- 1-5 years of experience in teaching preschool-aged children
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
- Strong knowledge of child development theories and practices
- Ability to create engaging and age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
- Good organizational and time-management skills to manage classroom activities and student progress
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children
