- To provide correct and latest information about the projects to the client.
- Regular follow up on allocations & references.
- Regular feedback to the marketing team on the received allocations.
- Handle In-bound and outbound calls on a rotating basis
- Understand client requirements and provide project details
- Convincing clients to visit Site and fix site visits
- Continuous follow ups on enquiries generated from various sources
- Convert enquiries to leads
- Ensure on the site visit bills, enquiry number to be written before sending to the accounts
- Ensures all the Site visits process is IT enabled (where applicable)
