We are looking for a highly motivated and detail-oriented Pre-Sales Specialist with 2-3 years of experience to join our team in Noida. The Pre-Sales Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting the sales team by providing technical expertise, creating proposals, and ensuring the delivery of tailored solutions that meet client needs. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data privacy and security services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the sales team to understand client requirements and provide technical and analytical solutions that meet their needs.
- Develop and deliver compelling presentations and demonstrations of Tsaaros services to prospective clients.
- Prepare detailed proposals, including cost estimates, project timelines, financial models, and technical specifications.
- Conduct financial and economic assessments to identify gaps in clients current practices and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Support the sales team in responding to RFPs, RFIs, and other client inquiries with a focus on financial and technical accuracy.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Tsaaros services, and industry trends, particularly in fin tech and analytics.
- Work closely with the consulting and technical teams to ensure smooth handover of projects from pre-sales to delivery.
- Provide feedback to the consulting team on client requirements and potential improvements, especially those related to financial services and fin tech.
- Attend industry events, webinars, and training sessions to stay current with the latest trends and technologies in data privacy, security, finance, and fin tech.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of experience in a pre-sales.
- Strong technical background with the ability to understand and explain complex financial and analytical solutions.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven experience in creating detailed proposals and financial models.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
